Reservation Policy

All of our rates, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without prior notice; it is important that any prospective guest interested in booking with MÁXIMO MÉXICO HOTEL contact one of our agents by phone, by email at reservations.roma@maximomexico.com, or via our WhatsApp number +52 55 1078 5928 to receive information about room types, rates, monthly promotions, or discounts (where applicable). This is also the way to receive instructions on payment methods and how to complete them. Our representatives can also send details by email upon request.

All of our rooms are subject to availability, unless our guest has guaranteed their reservation with a deposit, bank transfer, or credit card. Unless this prerequisite is met, rooms will remain available to other prospective guests and rates will be subject to change without prior notice.

We require a valid payment method to guarantee the reservation; the payment options are exclusively those listed below: bank deposit, bank transfer, credit card, or cash (at the Front Desk only).

In the case of a bank deposit or bank transfer, our guest is required to notify our reservations department of their payment at least 8 days before the reservation date; this notification must be sent by email and include a copy of the transfer or bank deposit receipt. For the reservation to be validated, our guest must receive a confirmation email from MÁXIMO MÉXICO HOTEL.

We recommend that anyone interested in making a reservation read our Cancellation Policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy

The guest must pay 50% of the total price in advance at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due within the 14 days prior to the arrival date. After this process, one of our representatives will contact you by phone or email to confirm that this transaction has been completed. We can only guarantee reservations for which payment has been completed in full.

Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total stay. With less than 14 days' notice, 100% will be charged.

Special rates and non-refundable offers will be charged at 100% at the time of booking and are not eligible for refunds.
